▶️ How to Use:

Prep the forms and begin tracking student assessment scores. My district requires digital gradebook tracking. However, teachers have found it much faster to assess, track on paper with pencil, and input grades digitally later in the day. This gives us a double layered tracking system in case we need to go back and compare scores. It’s also nice to have all of my scores in one binder that I can take home in my work tote.

✂️ How to Prep:

• Choose the PDF that meets the term format your district follows (two, three, or four terms)
• Open the ELA or math PDF stating that number of terms
• Fill in student names on the start page
• Print the tracking pages and section dividers
• Punch holes in the pages and store in a binder
